Welcome to Staff Wallet ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled safely and responsibly. a. Account Information (Authentication) To provide cloud backup and ensure you never lose your data, we use Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. When you log in, we collect basic profile information from your Google account, such as your email address and an anonymized User ID. We do not have access to your Google password.

b. App Data Any data you enter into the App, including staff names, daily attendance logs, milk delivery records, and salary details, is securely stored in Google Cloud Firestore. This data is linked specifically to your account so it can be restored if you change devices. We do not sell or share this data with any third parties.

c. Automatically Collected Information & Advertising The App uses third-party advertising services, specifically Google AdMob, to display ads. AdMob may collect and use certain data automatically, including:

Your device's Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
Device information (e.g., model, operating system version)
Network state and IP address This information is used solely to serve relevant advertisements and analyze ad performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain the App's core functionality.
To securely back up your daily logs and restore them on demand.
To serve advertisements through Google AdMob, which helps keep the App free for you.
To detect and prevent technical issues.

The App requests the following minimal permissions to function properly:

Internet / Network Access: Required to save your data to the cloud and load advertisements.
Advertising ID (AD_ID): Required by Google AdMob to provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements. We do not ask for sensitive permissions like Camera, Contacts, Microphone, or Location.

We value the security of your data and use Google Firebase’s encrypted databases to store it. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data (including logs and staff records), you can request data deletion by contacting us using the email provided below. Alternatively, you can use the built-in Trash Bin feature to permanently delete specific records within the app.

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
