Assist Trial Moderators with learning moderation tools and protocols.
Manage serious rule violations and issue permanent bans when necessary.
Mentor and guide lower-ranked staff members.
Participate in staff meetings and decision-making processes.
Oversee server operations, community events, and overall staff performance.
Handle high-level appeals, complaints, and conflicts.
Provide feedback and training for moderators and senior moderators.
