This privacy policy applies to the Stack Sats - Bitcoin Mining app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that is provided by Wavi Tec GbR (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application may collect your device's approximate location, for example based on your IP address or similar technical information, which may be used in the following ways:
Geolocation Services: The Service Provider may use approximate location data to provide personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based features.
Analytics and Improvements: Location-related and usage-related data may help the Service Provider analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Player ID, Username, and country. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
The Application may offer in-app purchases through Google Play. If you make a purchase, certain transaction-related information may be processed in order to complete, validate, and manage the purchase. Payment processing is handled by Google Play and its related services, and the Service Provider does not collect or store your full payment card information.
The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement, including where necessary to operate, improve, secure, support, advertise, or monetize the Application.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter, to the extent necessary to provide the Application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete personal data you have provided via the Application, you can request deletion through the following methods:
In-App Contact Form: Navigate to the settings of the Application and use the available contact option.

Once the Service Provider receives your request, they will review and process it in accordance with applicable law.
Users can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data at any time. This request can be made without needing to reinstall the Application.
To request deletion, please use one of the following methods:

In-App Contact Option: If you still have access to the Application, you may also use the contact option available in the settings of the Application.
To help the Service Provider identify your account and process your request, please include, where available, the registered email address and country associated with your account. The Service Provider may request additional information if reasonably necessary to verify that you are authorized to make the request. When a valid deletion request is received, the Service Provider will delete or anonymize the app account and personal data associated with that account, including Player ID, Username, country, and other data that can reasonably be linked to the account, unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law. Some information may be retained where necessary for legitimate reasons, such as legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or management of purchases and chargebacks. Data that is retained for these reasons will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes. If personal data has been processed by trusted third-party service providers on behalf of the Service Provider, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to request deletion or anonymization of such data where applicable. Deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable period of time and in accordance with applicable law.
Please note that uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete all data that may already have been collected or stored. If you want your app account and associated personal data to be deleted, please submit a deletion request using one of the methods described above.
The Application is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. The Application does not address or knowingly provide services to anyone under the age of 18.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect, use, disclose, or market to personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a user under the age of 18, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete such information from their systems as soon as reasonably possible, unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that a minor has provided personal data through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at stacksats.freebitcoin@gmail.com so that the Service Provider can take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains. However, no security method is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
