Stack Rush does NOT require any personal information to play. No account, no email, no login needed.
Game progress and high scores are stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. This is governed by Google's privacy policy.
We may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage and crashes β aggregated, anonymized data only.
We do NOT sell your personal data to anyone.
You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings or Google Ads settings.
This game is safe for all ages, including children. We comply with Google Play Families policies and COPPA/GDPR-K requirements.
2. Introduction & Acceptance
This Privacy Policy describes how Stack Rush ("we", "us", "our", or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile game and web application. This policy applies to the Stack Rush game available on Google Play Store and as a web-based HTML5 game.
By downloading, installing, or using Stack Rush, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

Stack Rush does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. The game can be played entirely without sharing any personal details.

4. How We Use Your Information
The limited information associated with Stack Rush is used for the following purposes:
To display advertisements through Google AdMob. Ads support the free development and maintenance of the App.
To measure ad performance β impressions, clicks, and conversions β to ensure ads are functioning properly.
To analyze app usage and improve quality β if Firebase Analytics is enabled, aggregated and anonymized usage data helps us understand how players interact with the game and identify crashes or bugs to fix.
To maintain and improve the App β crash reports and performance metrics guide our development priorities.
To comply with legal obligations β including fraud prevention and response to lawful requests.
We do not use your information to build a profile of your personal preferences, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
5. Google AdMob & Third-Party Advertising
Stack Rush is a free game supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display ads (banner ads and optionally rewarded video ads). AdMob is a service provided by Google LLC.
5.1 What AdMob Collects
When ads are displayed in Stack Rush, Google AdMob may collect or access the following information as described in Google's privacy policy:
Google Advertising ID (AAID) β a unique identifier used to serve personalized ads. You can reset this in your device settings under Settings β Google β Ads β Reset advertising ID.
Device information β model, operating system version, screen size, language.
IP address β used to derive approximate (coarse) location for geo-targeted ads.
App usage data β interactions with ads (impressions, clicks).
5.2 Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads
By default, AdMob may serve personalized ads based on your interests and activity across other apps and websites. You can control this:

All platforms: Non-personalized ads will still be shown, but they will not be based on your interests.

AdMob's data collection is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours. We do not have access to, control over, or visibility into the specific data Google collects through AdMob. Google's use of advertising data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Any questions about Google's data practices should be directed to Google.
6. Google Analytics for Firebase (Optional)
If enabled, Stack Rush may use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data. This helps us understand how the game is used and identify bugs.

9. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, please note:
Local game data (high scores, achievements) is stored on your device using browser/WebView local storage. It is not transmitted to any server. Clearing your app data or browser cache will erase this information.
Ad and analytics data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections to Google's servers and is protected by Google's security infrastructure.
No transmission method is 100% secure. While we and our partners strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Retention
Local game data: Retained on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app/browser data. You can manually delete it at any time.
AdMob data: Retained by Google according to its own retention policies. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Firebase analytics data (if enabled): Aggregated and anonymized. Retained by Google according to Firebase's data retention settings.

Since Stack Rush does not require accounts or collect personal data directly from you, most of your data is controlled through your device settings:

To reset your advertising ID: Go to Settings β Google β Ads β Reset advertising ID.
To delete local game data: Clear the app's data in Settings β Apps β Stack Rush β Storage β Clear Data, or clear your browser cache.
To request data deletion from Google: Visit Google's privacy controls at myaccount.google.com/privacy.
11.3 GDPR (European Economic Area & UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:
The right to withdraw consent for data processing at any time
The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise GDPR rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond within 30 days.
11.4 CCPA (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise CCPA rights, contact us as described in Section 14.
12. Children's Privacy
Protecting children's privacy is a priority for us.
Stack Rush is a simple arcade stacking game with no chat, no user-generated content, no social features, and no collection of personal information. The game is appropriate for users of all ages, including children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA/UK, per GDPR-K).
We do not require account creation, email, or any personal details from any user, including children.
AdMob ads shown in the App are served by Google. We comply with Google Play's Families policy. If the App is listed in the Families program or designed for children, we use only Google-certified ad networks that comply with COPPA and GDPR-K requirements, and ads will be contextual, not based on behavioral tracking.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information (which should not be possible given the App's design), please contact us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Parents can control ad personalization for their children's devices through Google Family Link and the device's ad settings.
13. International Users & Data Transfers
Stack Rush is available worldwide. If you are located outside the country where the App's developer is based, please be aware that your information (specifically data processed by AdMob and Firebase) may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where Google operates.
These transfers are governed by Google's data transfer frameworks and standard contractual clauses.
By using Stack Rush, you consent to these transfers.
If your jurisdiction has specific data localization requirements, Google's infrastructure complies with applicable laws.
