Privacy Policy for Stack Rush

This policy explains what information Stack Rush ("the App", "we", "us") collects, how it's used, and your choices. Stack Rush is developed by MP Enterprise LLC.

1. Information we collect directly

Stack Rush does not require an account, login, or any personal information to play. The only data the App stores is kept locally on your device and is never sent to us:

• Your coin balance

• Your best height / high score

• Unlocked skins, backgrounds, and power-ups

• Sound and music preferences

This local data is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App, and we have no way to access, view, or recover it.

2. Information collected by advertising

Stack Rush displays ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video) using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect:

• Device identifiers (such as your Android Advertising ID)

• Approximate location, generally derived from your IP address

• Device type, operating system version, and general app usage data related to ad interactions

This information is used to select, deliver, personalize, and measure the performance of ads shown in the App, and is governed by Google's own privacy policies:

• How Google uses information from apps that use its services

We do not receive or store this advertising data ourselves — it is collected and processed directly by Google AdMob and its partner ad networks.

3. Your choices for ad personalization

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (menu wording varies by Android version).

• iOS: if/when Stack Rush is available on iOS, you can respond "Ask App Not to Track" to the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or manage this under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Opting out reduces ad personalization but you will still see ads, since ads fund the App and keep it free.

4. Children's privacy

Stack Rush is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us using the details below and we will address it.

5. Data sharing

Aside from the advertising data described in Section 2, which is collected directly by Google AdMob and its network partners, we do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties.

6. Data security

Because Stack Rush stores gameplay data only locally on your device and does not operate its own backend servers or user accounts, there is no centralized database of player information for us to secure or that could be breached on our end.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) to access, delete, or object to processing of data collected via advertising services. Since that data is collected directly by Google, the fastest way to exercise these rights is through Google's own privacy controls. 8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the App's features or ad providers change. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
