This Privacy Policy explains how Ocabico IT Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use StackRiot: No Mercy (“the App”).
1. Information We Collect
The App supports Google Sign-In and Guest Play.
Google Sign-In
If you choose Google Sign-In, we use Firebase Authentication to authenticate your account.
We may receive and process:
Your name and email address
Your Google account identifier and Firebase user identifier
Your Google profile picture, if provided
Your in-game player identifier and selected display name
We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your player account, display your profile where applicable, and associate supported game features with your account.
We do not receive or store your Google account password.
Guest Play
You may play without signing in with Google. Guest Play does not require a Google account or email address.
However, Guest Play is not completely anonymous. We process a guest player identifier, a device identifier used by the App, and your selected or default player name to recognize your guest profile and support gameplay.
Advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting services may also process information when you play as a guest.
Information You Send to Support
If you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve reported issues.
2. Game Progress and Backend Storage
StackRiot: No Mercy uses a custom backend hosted on Railway, with a PostgreSQL database, to support account and online game features.
Depending on the features you use, information processed or stored may include:
Player identifiers, display names, and selected profile icons
Email addresses associated with Google sign-in accounts
Device identifiers associated with player profiles
Room membership and multiplayer session information
Game actions, match results, scores, and gameplay statistics
Progress, coin balances, rewards, missions, and unlocked items
Purchase-related entitlements where applicable
We use this information to operate multiplayer matches, maintain supported player features, and provide a consistent game experience.
Some settings and game information may also be stored locally on your device.
3. Information Visible to Other Players
When you use multiplayer or leaderboard features, other players may see information needed for those features, such as your display name, selected profile icon, scores, rankings, and relevant game actions or results.
Your email address and authentication credentials are not intended to be displayed to other players.
Avoid using sensitive personal information in your public display name.
4. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob and its advertising partners may process information such as:
Advertising identifiers
Device and app information
IP address
Approximate location derived from IP address
Advertisements viewed or interacted with
App usage and diagnostic information
This information may be used to deliver, personalize, measure, and improve advertising, depending on applicable requirements, consent choices, and device settings.
Playing as a guest does not, by itself, disable advertising-related data collection.
5. Analytics
The App uses Firebase Analytics to understand how players use the game.
Analytics information may include:
Screens viewed and features used
Gameplay and interaction events
Session information
Device, operating system, and app version information
Approximate geographic information
Advertising-related events
We use this information to understand engagement, improve gameplay, identify technical problems, and evaluate app features.
Analytics identifiers may distinguish app installations or users. Analytics data should not be assumed to be completely anonymous.
6. Crash Reporting
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and technical problems.
Diagnostic information may include:
Crash reports and stack traces
Device and operating system information
App version
Installation identifiers
Diagnostic logs and information about app activity surrounding a crash
We use this information to investigate failures, improve stability, and fix bugs.
7. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases.
Payments are processed through Google Play. We do not directly collect or store your complete payment-card information.
Google Play may provide purchase information needed to verify transactions and deliver purchased features, such as product identifiers, purchase tokens, and purchase status.
Purchases are also subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
8. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide and operate the App
Authenticate Google sign-in users and recognize guest profiles
Support online rooms and multiplayer matches
Maintain game progress and supported account features
Display player profiles, scores, and rankings where applicable
Verify purchases and provide purchased features
Display and measure advertisements
Understand app usage and improve gameplay
Diagnose crashes and technical problems

Prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse
Maintain security and comply with applicable legal obligations
9. Data Sharing and Service Providers
We use service providers to operate the App, including:
Firebase Authentication — account authentication
Firebase Analytics — usage analytics
Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting
Google AdMob — advertising
Google Play — distribution and in-app purchases
Railway — hosting for our backend and database infrastructure
These providers may process information necessary to provide their services.
We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising providers may process identifiers and usage information as described in this policy.
10. Data Security and International Processing
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled through the App and our backend.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Our service providers may process information on servers outside your country. Applicable data-protection requirements may differ between countries.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the features you use and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. For example, account and progress information supports ongoing gameplay, while diagnostic information helps investigate technical problems.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it no longer reasonably linkable to you, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Limited information may need to be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Where an exception applies to a deletion request, we will explain the information retained and the reason.
Service providers may have separate retention practices for information they process independently.
12. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your StackRiot: No Mercy account and associated personal information by emailing:
ocabicoitservices@gmail.com
Use the subject:
StackRiot Account Deletion Request
For a Google sign-in account, contact us from the associated email address where possible. For a guest profile, include your player name and player identifier if available.
We may request limited additional information to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send your Google password, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Following verification, we will delete the account and associated personal information we control, including linked backend records, unless retention is required for a legitimate purpose described in Section 11. Where service providers process that data on our behalf, we will take applicable steps to request deletion from those providers.
Deletion may remove your saved progress, scores, coin balance, rewards, and unlocked items. Deleted progress may not be recoverable.
Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete information stored on our servers. Deleting your game account does not delete your Google account.
13. Children’s Privacy
The App is not specifically directed toward children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent without that consent.
If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact:
ocabicoitservices@gmail.com
We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deleting information where required.
14. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
You can:
Choose Guest Play instead of Google Sign-In
Manage supported advertising preferences through your device or Google account settings
Use any privacy or consent controls offered within the App
Contact us about your account information or privacy rights
Request deletion as described in Section 12
Guest Play does not disable backend processing, advertising, analytics, or crash reporting.
Removing the App’s access from your Google account does not automatically delete information already stored in our backend.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy as the App and its services change.
We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
