Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your StackRiot: No Mercy account and associated personal information by emailing:

ocabicoitservices@gmail.com

Please use the subject line:

StackRiot Account Deletion Request

For Google Sign-In accounts, send the request from the email address associated with your game account where possible.

We may request limited additional information to verify account ownership. Do not send your Google password or payment-card information.

What Will Be Deleted

After verifying your request, we will delete your game account and associated personal information under our control, including applicable:

• Firebase Authentication account linked to the App

• Name, email address, and profile information

• Firebase user identifier and backend player identifiers

• Device identifiers linked to your player profile

• Saved game progress, gameplay statistics, and account-linked match records

• Coin balances, rewards, mission progress, and unlocked items

• Purchase entitlements associated with your game account, subject to any required transaction-record retention

StackRiot: No Mercy uses a backend database to support account and gameplay features. Your deletion request covers associated personal information stored in that backend, not only your Firebase Authentication account.

Where service providers process this information on our behalf, we will take applicable steps to request deletion from those providers.

Effect of Account Deletion

Account deletion may permanently remove your progress, rewards, and access to account-linked items. Deleted information may not be recoverable.

Deleting your StackRiot account does not delete your Google account.

Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete your account or server-side data.

Account deletion does not automatically issue a purchase refund. Any refund request must be handled through the applicable Google Play process.

Data That May Be Retained

Limited information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes.

If a retention exception applies, we will explain what information is retained, why it is retained, and the applicable retention period or criteria.

Service providers such as Google AdMob and Google Play may independently retain information they control according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.

Guest Players

Guest Play does not require Google Sign-In, but a guest profile may still have a player identifier, device identifier, display name, and associated gameplay information.

To request deletion of your guest profile and associated data, email:

StackRiot Guest Data Deletion Request

Include your guest player name and player identifier, if available. If you cannot find your identifier, contact us for assistance. We may need additional information to identify and verify the correct guest profile.

Processing Time

We will review and process verified requests within a reasonable period and any timeframe required by applicable law.

We will notify you when processing is complete or if we need additional information. If a delay is necessary, we will explain the reason and expected timeframe.
