Privacy Policy
Last updated: December 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Stack & Smash (“the Game”) handles information when you use it. The Game is published by 43 Games.
Stack & Smash is a casual mobile game. You can play the Game without creating an account and without providing your name, email address, or other contact information.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at:
43games777@gmail.com
The Game stores a small amount of data locally on your device so core features can work, including:
Your current and best scores
Audio preference settings (music and sound effects)
Visual/gameplay preference settings
This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to 43 Games’ own servers. Your device’s operating system may back it up automatically as part of normal device backup procedures.
Stack & Smash uses Unity Gaming Services (UGS) Leaderboards to allow players to submit scores and see rankings.
When you participate in the leaderboard, Unity may collect and process:
Your device-generated Unity Player ID (automatically assigned, not personally identifying)
Your submitted score(s)
Country-level or region-level information (if provided by Unity automatically)
Basic device data used for fraud detection (e.g., IP, device model, OS version)
No username, email, or personal profile is required.
Scores are tied only to a non-identifying Unity player ID.
Unity’s data handling practices are described in their privacy policy:
https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Stack & Smash displays ads using Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service by Google LLC.
AdMob may automatically collect:
Mobile device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID, IDFA on iOS)
IP address and approximate location (city/region level for fraud prevention)
App usage information (e.g., screens viewed, how often ads are shown)
Performance information about ads (impressions, clicks)
This data is used to show ads, detect fraud, and measure ads’ performance.

Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Depending on your region, you may be asked to give consent for personalized ads or opt out.
We use data only to:
Run the Game and save your local progress
Submit your scores to the leaderboard and display rankings
Display, measure, and secure ads (via Google AdMob)
We do not:
Create user accounts
Ask for or store your name, email, or phone number
Sell data to third parties
Track you across unrelated apps or websites
Stack & Smash is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe we have collected such information by mistake, contact us at 43games777@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Local game data (scores, settings) stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
Leaderboard scores are stored by Unity Services and retained according to Unity’s own retention policies.
AdMob data is retained by Google according to their policies.
Stack & Smash is designed to store and transmit the minimum amount of data needed to operate the Game. We do not operate our own backend servers; we rely on trusted providers (Unity and Google) for leaderboard and advertising services.
Because we use Unity Services and Google AdMob, information may be processed on servers outside your home country. These providers implement safeguards as described in their respective privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we update the “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be mentioned in the Game’s update notes.
Your continued use of the Game means you accept the updated policy.
