StackNovaX ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information in our mobile application.
StackNovaX is a standalone arcade game that operates entirely offline. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with third parties.

All data is stored only on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences):
High scores per difficulty level
Saved game progress (current session)
Total games played and blocks stacked
Selected difficulty level
This data never leaves your device and is only used to provide game functionality.

Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Location data
Usage analytics or crash reports
Camera, microphone, or contacts access
Payment or financial information
PERMISSIONS REQUIRED
StackNovaX requires minimal permissions to function:
INTERNET — Required only if the in-app WebView (this privacy policy page) is accessed. No other network requests are made.
VIBRATE — Optional haptic feedback during gameplay.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
StackNovaX does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The game contains no ads and makes no external network requests during gameplay.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
StackNovaX is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal data whatsoever, this app complies with COPPA and similar regulations.
DATA DELETION
You can delete all locally stored game data at any time by:
Clearing the app's data in your device Settings
Uninstalling the application
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app update. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
