Third-Party Services used in our apps:
Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to monitor app usage and performance. It tracks events such as app opens, screen views, and user actions.

Firebase Crashlytics: Used to collect crash reports and identify technical issues to improve app stability.
Yodo1MAS: Our advertising mediation platform. It collects data to display personalized or non-personalized advertisements via various ad networks.

Device Identifiers: Advertising ID (IDFA for iOS, AAID for Android) and unique device tokens.
Approximate Location: Derived from your IP address (e.g., City or Country level).

Diagnostic Data: Crash logs, stack traces, and performance metrics.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using the personal data described above depends on the data concerned and the context in which we collect it:
Consent: We process data for personalized advertising and analytics based on the consent you provide via the app's consent pop-up (CMP).
Legitimate Interest: We process data for app stability (Crashlytics) and basic functionality based on our legitimate interest in maintaining and monetizing the application.
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics for Firebase: User-level and event-level data is retained for a period of up to 14 months by default. Aggregated data (which does not identify you individually) may be kept for a longer period to analyze long-term trends.
Yodo1MAS: Technical and behavioral data collected by our advertising partner is typically retained for approximately 2 months from the date of collection. After this period, the data is either deleted or anonymized for statistical analysis.
General Retention: We will retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Since our application integrates third-party services (Google and Yodo1MAS), data collected automatically by these services may be transmitted directly from your device to servers located outside your country, including in the United States.
We do not host your data: We do not store any personal user data on our own servers in Italy. The transfer happens directly through the third-party SDKs integrated into the app.
Legal Safeguards: The transfer of data to third-party providers (Google, Yodo1) outside the EEA is covered by the Data Processing Agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) that we have accepted by integrating their services. These legal frameworks ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection consistent with European standards.
Since we do not store personal data, user accounts, or email addresses on our own servers, we technically cannot identify you or "delete" your data directly, as we do not possess it. However, you have full control over your data through the following methods:
To Delete/Reset Ad Data (Most Effective): You can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings. This creates a new identifier and dissociates your device from past data collected by ad networks.
iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking / Advertising > Reset Identifier.
Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID.

Our apps are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
