Effective Date: 20 October 2026
App Name: Stack Game
Developer: S-Mode Games

S-Mode Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Stack Game, an ad-supported mobile game. This policy explains what information the game and its service providers handle, how it is used, and how you can request deletion.
You can play as a guest without signing in with Google. The game creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication account with a Firebase user ID so Firebase services can identify the session. Guest scores are stored on your device and are not uploaded to the public leaderboard.
Firebase may process technical information such as IP address and device or browser information to provide authentication and protect against abuse. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game removes local game data, but may not immediately delete an anonymous Firebase account.
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides Firebase Authentication with account information that may include your name, profile photo, and email address. The game uses your name and profile photo in your profile and public leaderboard. Your email address is not shown on the leaderboard or stored in its player record.
When a signed-in player submits a score, Stack Game stores a leaderboard record in Firebase that includes a Firebase user ID, display name, profile photo URL, best score, and update time. The leaderboard is public so other players, including guests, can view player names, photos, scores, and ranks. Signing out does not remove your leaderboard entry.
The game may store data such as your high score, points, mission progress, sound settings, and game settings locally on your device. This data remains until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the game.
Stack Game uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. Depending on the SDK version and settings, Google Mobile Ads may collect information such as IP address, interactions with the game and ads, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers. Google uses this information to provide advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention services.
Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure.
If you tap a share button, your device opens its share menu with a score challenge message and a link to Stack Game’s Play Store page. You choose whether to share it and which app or person receives it. The privacy practices of the app you choose to share through apply to that sharing.
We use game information to save and display scores, provide sign-in and leaderboard features, operate the game, and show ads. Firebase and Google AdMob process information as needed to provide their services under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell personal information.
Firebase Authentication processes information in the United States. Stack Game’s Cloud Firestore database is configured in the United States multi-region. Google may process service data in other locations under its policies.
A Google-signed-in player can request account deletion from the Profile panel by choosing Delete Account and confirming. After deletion, we delete the Firebase Authentication account and leaderboard record, clear the locally stored high score, and return the game to guest play. Google may retain certain authentication or security records for a limited time under its retention policies.
Signing out does not delete your account or leaderboard entry. To request deletion if you cannot access the game, email smodegames@gmail.com with the subject Stack Game account deletion.
Guest scores are stored locally and are not published to the leaderboard. Firebase anonymous account handling is subject to Firebase project settings; Firebase’s automatic cleanup for old anonymous accounts is available only when enabled for an eligible project.
We use Firebase and reasonable safeguards to protect information handled by the game. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Stack Game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at smodegames@gmail.com.
We may update this policy as the game changes. We will post the revised policy and update its effective date.
