Stacey Park Milbern Born in 1987 in Seoul, South Korea, Stacey was adopted by a white family in the United States and grew up in a predominantly white community in North Carolina. She was diagnosed with a neuromuscular disability at a young age and relied on a wheelchair for mobility.
