■ Co-led the development of an annual paid year-long health and racial equity fellowship for student-physicians.
■ Developed fellowship learning objectives, timeline, and outlines the fellowship governing body structure.
■ Assisted in the development of content and graphics for inaugural Office of Health Equity Year-In-Review, which aims to highlight priorities and accomplishments.

■ Managed all aspects of partnership engagement with health care thought leaders and their support teams.
■ Coordinated programming logistics for all in-person, virtual, and networking initiatives of the Council Fellows program.
■ Co-Led the development of the inaugural Council Fellows Alumni Buddy Program that matches 30 health care executives to Council Fellows program alumni each year. Established the program’s guidelines and expectations, which received positive feedback from current class members and introduced them to the vast and robust Fellows Alumni Network.
■ Coordinated systematic efforts to increase diversity, inclusion, and representation within the Fellowship through intentional recruitment efforts and programming.
■ Led the transition from a manual data collection to an electronic method to systematically solicit program feedback from Council Fellows. Analyzed survey data to improve Fellowship programming.

■ Developed a communications package for the 2021 FoodNet Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) that reached 20,000+ views.
Strategically communicated across consumer, industry, and public health groups to administer MMWR presentation and publication logistics.
■ Coordinated and assisted with content development for the annual Emerging Infections Program: FoodNet Vision and Principal Investigator Meetings for 100+ attendees that represent 10 state health departments, USDA-FSIS, FDA, and CDC. The scheduled meetings aim to review program accomplishments, challenges, and discuss future priorities.
■ Managed SharePoint site for 60+ FoodNet state and federal partners including: site design, administration, maintenance, user permissions, and project updates.
■ Routinely presented to senior leadership on recruitment strategies and efforts to diversify the recruitment pipeline and increase recruitment efforts to Minority Serving Institutions.
■ Served as the FoodNet liaison to the communications team in the Enteric Diseases Epidemiology Branch (EDEB) to provide updates about the advancements of the online surveillance tools and publications.
