Nazareth Convent School celebrated the Feast of St. Vincent de Paul with a solemn and spiritually uplifting Eucharistic celebration led by Fr. Asis. The ceremony united the school community in prayer and reflection, honoring the values and teachings of the saint.
Following the Eucharistic service, teachers from primary section performed a beautiful group song, filling the atmosphere with warmth and reverence. In a touching gesture of appreciation, the school community honoured all the Sisters by presenting them with bouquets, handmade cards, and saplings—symbols of gratitude and growth.
The next day, on 27th September 2024, students from Nazareth Primary School, Pre-School, and Sanjeevani School celebrated the Feast of St. Vincent de Paul with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event began with a vibrant welcome dance, followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting and prayer service.
The tiny tots of Sr. Kg captivated the audience with a graceful prayer dance and a welcome speech, showcasing their budding oratory skills.
The program continued with a melodious rendition of a song dedicated to St. Vincent, followed by a dramatic tableau illustrating the life and teachings of St. Vincent de Paul and the SCNs. A soulful performance of Mother Catherine's song resonated with the students, leading into a graceful Pelican dance. Teachers from both the Primary and Pre-School sessions contributed to the festivity by performing a delightful wishing song.
Adding a touch of nostalgia, the Jr. Kg students performed a lively retro dance, followed by a graceful duet and a fusion dance by the students of Sanjeevani School.
The highlight of the celebration was the address by the Sisters. Headmistress Sr. Stella Mary and Sr. Jean shared inspiring words, motivating the students to embrace the values of St. Vincent de Paul. The event concluded with joyful memories to cherish and uphold.
