Selecting Music for Weddings at
Saint Paul the Apostle Parish in Westerville, Ohio
After you have reserved your wedding date, please contact the Director of Sacred Music, Stephen Smith (ssmith@stpacc.org), to reserve musicians and to start the music planning process.
Music Selection: The songs below are meant to be heard with the Wedding Music Selection Form which may be downloaded HERE. To hear a song, simply click on its title.
Organist: All weddings are played by Stephen Smith, Director of Sacred Music, or Jonathan Casady, Assistant Organist. If you prefer a certain organist, please indicate that on your Wedding Music Selection Form.
Cantor: We have three professional cantors who sing weddings at St. Paul. If you prefer a specific cantor, please indicate that on your Wedding Music Selection Form. Otherwise, one of them will be assigned to your wedding. All our Cantors are familiar with all of the songs listed below, regardless of who is performing the recordings of the songs you have selected.
Additional Musicians: Should you wish to incorporate additional musicians—such as brass, strings, harp, or a small choir—in addition to the organist and cantor, please contact the Director of Sacred Music for more information. He can provide information on available options and pricing. We can help tailor the sacred music for your wedding to your desires while adhering to our standards and associated fees. Do not contract with outside musicians or vocalists yourself as they may not be on our approved list of professionals and, thus, will not be utilized, even if you have contracted for them. St. Paul maintains a strong working relationship with other musicians and choral professionals in the area and we will arrange all music for your wedding.
