• A minimum mandatory Tourism Levy Fee of $6 USD per person per night for all guests 18 years of age and older, will be applied. The tourism levy will be collected by credit card payment upon check-in at the hotel.

Terms of Service

• A VALID PASSPORT SIX MONTHS  BEYOND TRAVEL DATES IS REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP.

• In the event of cancellation, a service fee of $250 per traveler will be assessed by Elite Professional Travel to travel funds paid.

• All payments to Elite Professional Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Elite Professional Travel has contractual agreements with hotels,  and tour vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds after booking. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. 

• Modifications such as roommate name change require a $50.00 modification fee before any changes can be made to the booking. After final payment date a $250.00 plus any vendor fees applies to all modifications. 

• In the event that a traveler cancels, the remaining balance on the room will be the responsibility of the remaining travelers.

• Upon completion of payment plan, all travel documents will be sent to the email provided. 

• Failure to complete the payment plan by August 1, 2025 may result in cancellation of your trip and loss of funds paid.

• Travel protection insurance is highly recommended.  If you choose not to purchase insurance you are responsible for any cancellation fees, airline penalties and/or out of pocket expenses incurred. THIS TRIP IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 

• Modifications and adjustments will incur additional fees at the traveler's expense. Refunds can only be requested through an insurance claim. Travelers may also obtain insurance independently.

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan.  Your invoice will clearly note your payments. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

TRAVEL PROTECTION 

• Having travel insurance will protect your investment and give you peace of mind. We recommends purchasing cancel for any reason insurance. We recommend purchasing this type of insurance because it will allow you to cancel for any reason. Of course, we found during this COVID-19 pandemic that insurance companies were not approving claims due to COVID-19; however, the cancel for any reason insurance will allow you to cancel due to COVID-19 or any other reasons. 

• This type of insurance will cost more than your normal insurance; however, your investment will be better protected with this type of insurance. Purchasing this type of policy is time-sensitive. You must STOP and make this a task immediately. 

• Claims for refunds and/or adjustments must be in writing 45 days of travel date. Full details and documentation must accompany claim.
