Background Location Usage:
Background location access is used only during active trips
Ensures uninterrupted tracking if the driver switches apps or locks the screen
Automatically stops when the trip is completed
Important Clarifications:
Location data is never used for advertising or marketing
We do not track users across other apps or websites
Location access is strictly limited to logistics and operational purposes
The App requests access to the device camera only when the user initiates a camera-related action.
Purpose of camera access:
Capture Proof of Delivery (POD)
Photograph Bills of Lading
Capture Packing Lists
Upload Customs or regulatory documents
Record damaged goods or delivery exceptions
Camera access is not used in the background and is never activated without user interaction.
The App allows users to select photos, videos, or media files through the system file or photo picker.
Purpose of media access:
Upload delivery-related images or videos
Select existing Proof of Delivery files
Attach invoices, receipts, or supporting documents
Key Points:
The App does not scan or access your entire photo library
Only files explicitly selected by the user are accessed
The App may request limited access to device storage to:
Upload PDFs or scanned documents
Attach transport or delivery paperwork
Download trip-related documents
Access is restricted to user-selected files only.
Internet connectivity is required for core App functionality, including:
Syncing trip data with backend servers
Real-time location updates
Navigation and routing services
Uploading images and documents
Receiving system updates
No data is shared with unauthorized third parties.
We may request notification permission to:
Notify drivers of new trip assignments
Send trip status updates
Provide operational alerts and reminders
