The Lady Hawks are a group of Moms who train on their own but come together to run and walk 5K races in Monmouth County. We support each other by meeting up before and after the races. We have matching "team" shirts that allow us to see each other in the crowd and cheer each other on throughout the race. For more information, email franstanselm@gmail.com
