Achieving sustainable, equitable, and healthy 15mC through transformation of traditional work culture to Smart and Sustainable Work Culture (SSWC) by (1) hybridising work style and culture,
(2) providing shared and sustainable office buildings, and
(3) implementing demand-response shuttles.
The SSWC framework will be tested in Athens, Glyfada, Haßfurt, Daejeon and Sejong, with simulations assessing car dependency and energy consumption using traffic and building energy models.
Key interventions: (a) workstyle and culture, (b) office building design/use, (c) public transport.
Metrics: transport frequency & time, congestion, energy use, GHG emissions, energy efficiency, DER and EV charger utility
SSWC promotes 15-minute communities by transforming work culture, shared green offices, and demand-response shuttles, reducing car use, emissions, and commuting, while supporting local businesses, public transit, equality, and public health.

Policy Analysis Framework (PAF):
A tool integrating policy design scenarios, city characteristics, and urban simulations
Enables decision-makers to test SSWC strategies for car dependency reduction and sustainable building energy management
