Meals: Breakfast and lunch are included in your registration fee. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out no later than February 12th, 2024.

The conference will be held in the La Salle Ballroom which is located in the University Center (RED STAR UCB).

PARKING

Parking is covered in your registration fee. Please park in West Lot W - LOT 20. Parking is only covered in this lot.

If coming from 49th Ave, take 49th Ave to University Way-South and turn left into Lot 20.

If coming from 51st Ave, take Wood Drive. Take a right on University Way-South and turn left into Lot 20.

There will be signs to ensure that guest park in the proper lot. Please note that SSWAAZ will not reimburse parking for another lot.
