There are several ways you can subscribe or renew a subscription to the Flag Wavers Service:
Use Ticket Tailor to subscribe and pay online. Clicking on the following link will take you there Flag Wavers Subscription
Use the drop box at the HOA office. There are forms and envelops provided. Fill out a form and place it and a check payable to SSV Pickleball Club in an envelope drop it in the box.
Use this link to print a subscription form, SSV Flag Wavers Subscription Form, then place in and a check payable to SSV Pickleball Club in an envelop and use the drop box at the HOA office. You can also arrange mailing the form and payment by contacting Brinda Lender at brindalender2@gmail.com
Whichever method you choose, you will be asked to read and agree with the following waiver.
Waiver: It is your responsibility as an owner or renter to advise the SSV Pickleball Club's Flag Wavers service of any underground sprinkler, plumbing, or electrical service locations in regards to the placement of a flag sleeve. It is also your responsibility to be aware that the flag sleeve may be above ground level and for the need to prevent any potential damage to lawn maintenance equipment or tripping. The SSV Pickleball Club's Flag Wavers service is not responsible for any damages as a result of the placement of a flag sleeve. In addition, you will allow us permission to place the flag on the property.
