Sandeep Sharma, Ph.D. (Senior Researcher) 

Dr. Sandeep Sharma received his Ph. D. in physics from IIT Guwahati, Assam, India in 2018 under the guidance of Prof. Tarak Nath Dey. He currently holds a senior research position in the group of Prof. Andrey Moskalenko in the Department of Physics at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea. Before joining his current position he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the group of  Prof. Mishkat Bhattacharya at RIT, Rochester, New York, USA. His research interests are quantum optics (light-matter interactions), quantum optomechanics, and quantum thermodynamics.
