Skytrend ("we", "our", "us") provides travel search insights, partner booking links, and trend-based fare guidance.

- Authenticate users and secure access to accounts.
- Run fare searches and show trend insights.
- Save user profile/search preferences when you choose to use account features.
- Generate deep links to partner booking/comparison sites.
- Improve app functionality, quality, and performance.

3. External Partner Links and Redirects
Skytrend may redirect you to third-party sites and apps, including booking or comparison partners such as Aviasales, Trip.com and other booking/comparison partners we may enable from time to time.
When you open a third-party link:
- You leave Skytrend and are subject to that third party's terms and privacy policy.
- Search parameters (such as route and dates) may be included in the URL so the partner page can be prefilled.
4. Affiliate Attribution
Some partner links may include referral or attribution parameters so bookings or traffic can be attributed to Skytrend partners. This does not change the price shown by the partner in most cases, but partner terms control final pricing and availability.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited information only as needed to operate the app, including:
- Authentication, analytics, and cloud data service providers.
- Fare/booking partners when you initiate searches or open partner links.
- Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, security, and operational requirements.
Saved account/profile information may remain until you delete your account or request deletion.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data.
You can:
- Stop using the app at any time.
- Request account/data deletion by contacting us.
Account and data deletion requests:
To request deletion of your Skytrend account and associated personal data, email [your-email] with subject ‘Account Deletion Request’ from the email used in the app.
We will verify ownership and process deletion within 30 days.
Deleted data includes account profile and associated app data stored in Firebase/Firestore.
We may retain limited records only as required by law, fraud prevention, or security obligations, then delete them when no longer required.
- Manage some device-level privacy settings (for example, analytics permissions where applicable).
9. Children's Privacy
Skytrend is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable safeguards.
