 LIBRARY RULES & REGULATIONS

• The student trainee must carry their College Identity Card/library membership card with them at all times inside the Library. Show the Identity Card compulsory at the time of book check-out/check-in.

•  Every student can issue 02 books for seven  days.

•  Rs.5/-per day will be fined, If the Book  is not submitted in a limited time

•   A Student must record his/her name and other details in the “Library Visit Register” before entering the Library.

•   All the students would be required to keep their respective bags outside the space provided by the Library.

•   A Reference book and Magazine will not be issued at home , use only in the Library. The Back issue (old)  of the periodical can be  issued  for three days.

•   The library staff shall ensure that no student trainee should carry books without informing or issuing from the Librarian. 

•  Use of Mobile Phones in the Library is strictly prohibited.

•   Any mischief of library books like marking inside/tear of the pages will be treated seriously and double cost will be charged

•   All readers are required to maintain silence and discipline in the library.

•   A librarian has the power to refuse the issue of a book to any member or she may recall any book without assigning any reason.

•    Library Timing: (Monday to Saturday)

•   Library Timing                                 : 8.00AM To 5.00 PM

•   Lunch Timing                             : 1.00 PM To 1.30 PM
