懇親会 (Reception)
3/28 18:00から交流棟2Fの食堂で開催します。
Starts at 18:00~. March 28th
Cafeteria, Main office building 2nd floor.
懇親会費は一般4,000円、学生2,000円を予定
The reception fee will be 4,000 yen, and 2,000 yen for students.

Deadline: March 7
発表形式は対面、口頭/ポスター発表（日本語を基本としますが英語でも可）
Presentation format: Face-to-face, oral/poster presentation (Japanese is the basic language, but English is also acceptable)
参加登録は無料です。
Registration is free.
昼食は構内の食堂・コンビニが利用可能ですが、食堂の支払いは交通系ICのみとなっておりますのでご注意ください。
The on-campus cafeteria and convenience stores are available for lunch, but please note that payment at the cafeteria is only accepted with a transportation IC.
若手交流会 『SSOEL（そそる）ぜ、これは！』(Exchange meeting)
3/28（木）10:30〜12:30に若い世代の方同士の交流を目的とした若手交流会を開催します。
参加対象者：学術講演会参加者のうち若手の方（学生・ポスドク・若手の社会人）
内容：自己紹介、講演会での講演のフラッシュトーク、プチ討論会など（検討中）
特典：お弁当と飲み物の無料配布を計画中
参加申し込み：上記の学術講演会の参加登録フォームよりお申し込み下さい。
詳細については後日にご案内させていただきます。
皆様の奮ってのご参加を期待しております。
Young Scientists Networking Event will be held on March 28 (Thu.) from 10:30 to 12:30 for the purpose of interaction among the younger members.
Participants: students, post-doctoral fellows, young working people, etc.
Contents: Self-introductions, flash talks of lectures given at the conference, small discussions, etc. (under consideration)
Benefit: Free lunch box and drink are planned
