Santhigiri Siddha Medical College Hospital, established in 1986 by Navajyothisree Karunakara Guru, operates under the spiritual and healthcare mission of Santhigiri Ashram. It was later upgraded to a teaching hospital in 2002, offering the Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS) program.
