The Interim Guidelines for the Learner Government Program serve as a temporary framework to guide the structure, operations, and functions of all learner government bodies within the school. These guidelines aim to ensure inclusive, transparent, and student-centered governance while harmonizing the roles of student leaders in planning, implementing, and evaluating school-based programs, projects, and activities (PPAs). They outline the composition of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), the establishment of the Coordinating Council, committee systems, and the roles of key officers. These interim measures shall remain in effect until the formal adoption of a comprehensive constitution and by-laws, aligned with DepEd policies and institutional goals.
