Special Session on Intelligent Cognitive Computing (ICC) and Its Impact on Modern AI

World Congress on Computational Intelligence International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (WCCI IJCNN 2024)

June 30-July 05, 2024, Yokohama, Japan

Aims:

Intelligent Cognitive computing is a combination of Cognitive science (the mental process of Receiving, Storing, Developing, Transforming, and Recovering Information), Computer Sciences and artificial intelligence with the goal to simulate mental thought processes such as Perception, Attention, and Memory Functions of the Human Brain with a computerized model. Cognitive computing tends to build algorithms utilizing the theories of cognitive science. Cognitive Computing methods has lot of theoretical aspects as well as Machine learning and deep learning aspects. Intelligent Cognitive Computing methods can work with structured as well as unstructured data. Researchers can explore It for any field like healthcare, finance, law, and education.

This session on ICC in 2024 is needed to discuss latest advances on ICC. The ICC carries a huge importance that should be realized across the research community. It will provide unique opportunities to discuss problems in Cognitive Computing. Target audience of the special session can be researchers from academia, industry or anyone interested in the field of ICC. The students at undergraduate, graduate and doctorate level can also attend the special session.

Scope and Topics

The aim of this special session is to provide a platform to the scientists and researchers of these fields to exchange ideas about the latest trends and research directions. Researchers are invited to submit original and unpublished works that deal with various aspects of research in CWW. Specific topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

§ Uncertainty modelling in ICC

§ Interpretable models using ICC methodology
