Hi! We’re Emma and Corinne. We love data, technology, and helping higher education professionals transform their workflows.
Our paths first crossed when several mutual colleagues pointed out some overlap in the types of advising projects we were interested in. With a combined 15+ years of experience in higher education, we’ve both been the “boots-on-the-ground” advisors and later shifted into roles focused on data and process improvement.
The fun part? Neither of us started out in data, business, or tech. We both come from liberal arts backgrounds and a shared sense of curiosity that fueled our growth into the data wizards and tech problem-solvers we are today.
We know that not everyone has the time, resources, or support to build these skills -- and that’s exactly why this collaboration matters to us. We’ve seen firsthand how empowering it can be when educators gain confidence with data and technology, and we’re here to make that learning engaging and accessible.

We’re not here to give you a sales pitch, just real solutions from people who’ve been in your shoes. Between the two of us, we’ve advised thousands of students, managed staff and programs, and now spend our days improving systems that make that work easier.
We use data and technology every day. We sort through the mess -- the complex systems, the opposing priorities, the lines of data that reveal what's actually happening -- to make meaningful change. We’ve built dashboards, automated workflows, and streamlined processes that free up time for what actually matters: meeting with students.
We’re also lifelong learners who figured this stuff out the same way you will -- by being curious, asking questions, and experimenting. That hands-on approach shapes how we teach, emphasizing practical skills and real-world examples.
At the end of the day, we’re two people who love problem-solving, believe in the power of learning new tools, and know that with the right guidance, anyone can feel confident using data and technology to make their work better.
