Introduction

Welcome to the SSC English Vocab Quiz mobile App. It is a simple SSC Quiz content app that allows users to attempt multiple quiz sections to improve their vocabulary. In this privacy policy, we explain how we handle your information when you use our app.

User Personnel Data

Information Collection

To use this app and its feature like save bookmark and see score card, all users are required to sign in using Google Sign-In. We collect your Google Account Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture strictly for authentication, account creation, and syncing your personal data to our Firebase database.

Use of Data

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To create and manage your secure user account.
To display your name, email, and profile picture in your account profile details.
To save and sync your app activity (such as quiz scores, progress, and bookmarks) to our secure cloud database (Firebase) so your data is saved across sessions.

Data Security & Account Deletion

We retain your profile information and saved app data on our Firebase database for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to delete your account, your profile data, and all your saved progress from our Firebase database, you can do so directly within the app's account settings or by contacting us at sscenglishbymanish@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your data from our servers.

The App does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our app, in the event of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

Cookies are small text files stored on user device that help to improve user experience. These are sent to user's browser from the websites that user visit.

This App does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the App may use third-party services that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse their cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of their Services.

Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with any type of personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
