To place an order, all you need to do is fill our Order Form or give your order details directly to us. If you prefer to give your order details directly to us, here's how to get started.

First, visit our Contact page for a list of all available ways to contact us. To place an order, you can contact either Shiinrai or Firedrake using any one of the social media platforms listed under their name.

Once you've decided on who to contact and where to message them, just send a message! Your first message(s) to us should indicate that you're interested in commissioning something from the SSBU Project: Winter 2022 Commissions Collaboration. As long as your first message(s) clearly communicates this topic to us, we'll get back to you as soon as we're available to discuss your order's details.

Once we get back to you, let us know if you're purchasing a bundle or placing a custom order. If you're purchasing a bundle, simply let us know what bundle you'd like to purchase, and then send us your referene sheet(s). If you're placing a custom order, we'll ask you a series of questions. You should expect the general conversation to progress in the following order:
Let us know how many characters you are commissioning us to draw.
Send us your reference sheet(s).
Tell us what add-on(s) you would like to purchase.
Then configure your Custom Versus Screen. Choose your two colors, customize your name tags, select a series symbol, and then let us know how long you'd like your Custom Versus Screen to be.
Once we have everything we need, we'll guide you through how to pay.

Once you've paid in full, we'll send you your order number shortly after the payment gets processed. This order number will also be on your receipt, which you'll get alongside your artwork, after it's completed. You can use this order number to get updates on your order while we work on it and to retrieve your artwork's permanent download link if, for some reason, you ever lose it in the future.

We've implemented an extremely easy way for you to see updates on your order anytime without violating the order update policy mentioned in our Terms of Service. To check your order's activity, visit the Queue, tap or click on your order number, and then everything you need to know will be available on that page. Your order's status page will be automatically updated whenever there is new activity related to your order, so check your order's status page often to see how your order's progress is coming along.

Don't forget to read our Terms of Service before commissioning us! Also, if you're thinking about ordering Fighter Artwork only (in other words, placing an order without add-ons), please make sure to place your order through Shiinrai, not Firedrake Ryunn.
If you place an order without add-ons, you won't get an order number for that particular order, and order updates won't be available through the Queue. You'll need to manually ask us for those order updates via DM.
