We’ll occasionally send you brief updates on your order in an attempt to keep you in touch with us regarding your order’s progression—even if you don’t ask for it. This will always happen automatically, without a need to ask us for these updates, so you can expect us to simply come to you once we have something new to present. However, we may not always have new progress to present to you on a regular basis, and there could be rare cases where it could take weeks for us to contact you regarding your order's progress. In situations like this, we understand that you might want to contact us to follow up on your order's progress and make sure that everything's okay. Here's what you need to know about how to manually get updates on your order.
There are two ways you can manually receive updates on your order:
You can contact us directly every 2½ weeks via DM to manually request updates on your order.
You can visit your order's status page on the Queue to get progress updates more frequently.
If we haven't sent you any updates in a few weeks, don't worry! We'll contact you with updates regarding your order's progress as soon as we've got something to show. However, you may also manually request updates from us via Direct Message, ideally through the same social media platform that you initially contacted us on.
There's nothing wrong with asking for a follow-up on your order! Just keep in mind the following:
We have a 2½-week cooldown between progress update requests. In other words, you can only request updates on your order's progress every 2½ (two and a half) weeks.
We will not entertain daily or weekly requests for progress updates due to past experiences with unethical clients. Asking for updates on your order more frequently than 2½ weeks may delay your order—or, worse, result in your order getting canceled if communications develop into anything deemed as ill-mannered.
We now have an easy way for people to get updates on their order! If you would like to get updates on your order's progress much more frequently than 2½ weeks and without having to contact us directly for those updates, you can view your order's status, your order's progress, and your order's details anytime on the Queue! Here's how to do that:
Simply visit the Queue.
Click on your order number.
And that's it! Everything you need to know will be on the next page.
It's an extremely easy way to see updates on your order without violating the order update policy mentioned on our Terms of Service. Your order's page will be updated on a regular basis, so check it often to see how your order is coming along.
