File Formats and Properties

Other things you should know:

• We do not provide PSD files or any other original, layered project files (i.e. TIFF, PSB, AE, PPROJ, etc.) to the buyer. Requests to provide these files will not be entertained.

• We're willing to provide a JPEG file for each of your Fighter Announcement Bumper(s) and / or your Set(s) of Wallpapers upon request! Contact us for more information. Please note that, when exporting your Fighter Announcement Bumper(s) and / or your Set(s) of Wallpapers as a JPEG, we'll always prioritize image quality over file compression and file size.

• Please note that we may not entertain all requests to provide a JPEG file for your Fighter Artwork and / or your Custom Damage Meter(s). We may not offer JPEG files for these items mainly because of their transparent backgrounds as well as some assets' dependencies on translucency for a game-accurate look. Ultimately though, whether or not we'll actually provide JPEG files for your Fighter Artwork and / or your Custom Damage Meter(s) is determined on a case-by-case basis, so just contact us about it. It doesn't hurt to ask!
