These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Expense Tracker (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Expense Tracker mobile application, website, and any related media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Application”).
We are based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
By accessing or using the Application, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APPLICATION AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms or documents that may be posted on the Application from time to time are expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Application is not intended for use in jurisdictions where such use would violate applicable laws or regulations. Users accessing the Application from other locations do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
The Application is not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. If your use would be subject to such regulations, you may not use the Application.
The Application is intended for users 13 years of age or older. Minors under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Application and all source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and trademarks (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or licensed by Expense Tracker and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The Content is provided “AS IS” for personal, non-commercial use only. No part of the Application may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without our prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:
You have legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms
You are at least 13 years old
If under 18, you have parental permission
You will not use automated or non-human access methods
You will not use the Application for unlawful purposes
Your use complies with all applicable laws
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.
You agree not to:
Scrape, mine, or collect data without permission
Attempt to access accounts or sensitive data
Circumvent security features
Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
Reverse engineer or decompile the Application
Impersonate another person
Use the Application for commercial or competitive purposes
Advertise or sell goods or services without authorization
Violation may result in termination and legal action.
The Application may allow you to submit data such as expense entries, notes, feedback, or other materials (“Contributions”).
You represent that:
You own or have rights to all Contributions
Contributions do not violate laws or third-party rights
Contributions are not harmful, misleading, or illegal
We reserve the right to remove Contributions that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of your Contributions.
However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your data solely for operating and improving the Application, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control.
You shall not:
Modify or create derivative works
Reverse engineer the Application
Use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes
If downloaded via Apple App Store or Google Play, you agree to comply with their respective terms. App distributors are third-party beneficiaries of this license.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit become our property and may be used without compensation or acknowledgment.
If advertisements are displayed, we are not responsible for advertiser content or products. Any dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
We reserve the right to:
Monitor usage
Restrict or terminate access
Remove content
Take legal action for violations
Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using the Application, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in Pakistan.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Application.
We may terminate or suspend access at any time without notice for violations or any lawful reason.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Disputes must first be attempted to be resolved informally within 30 days.
Unresolved disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration seated in Lahore, Pakistan, under applicable arbitration laws of Pakistan.
Language: English.
No class actions or representative claims are permitted.
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time without notice.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
Your use of the Application
Violation of these Terms
Violation of third-party rights
You are solely responsible for your data. We are not liable for data loss or corruption.
You consent to electronic communications and electronic signatures.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
