By downloading or using the Super Smart Cleaner app, these terms will automatically apply to you, so please ensure you read them carefully before using the app. You are not permitted to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor attempt to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app remain the property of WeAreTraction.
WeAreTraction is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time, for any reason. We will not charge you for the app or its services without making it clear to you what you are paying for.
The Super Smart Cleaner app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this process removes software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses, compromise security features, and prevent the Super Smart Cleaner app from functioning correctly.
The app does use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions
If you choose to subscribe to our Service, your subscription and billing information will be managed through third-party services (such as RevenueCat and Apple). By subscribing, you agree to the terms of the subscription plan, including payment and renewal terms. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your device’s account settings, including cancellation and auto-renewal options. Any cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.
Connectivity
Certain functions of the app will require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. WeAreTraction is not responsible if the app does not work at full functionality due to lack of an internet connection or if you have used up your data allowance.
If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile provider’s terms will apply, and you may be charged for data usage or roaming charges. WeAreTraction is not responsible for such charges, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have permission to use the app from the bill payer of your device.
Device Responsibility
WeAreTraction cannot take responsibility for the way you use the app. For example, you need to make sure your device stays charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to use the Service, WeAreTraction cannot be held responsible.
While we strive to ensure that the app is always updated and accurate, we rely on third-party providers to deliver some information. WeAreTraction is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on the app’s functionality.
Updates and Availability
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS, and system requirements may change. You will need to download updates to keep using the app. WeAreTraction does not guarantee that it will always update the app to be relevant to your device’s iOS version. However, you agree to always accept updates when offered.
We may also stop providing the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
