Ss Johns’ Close Colac Retirement Village originally built four Independent Living Units in 2004 with a fifth Independent Living Unit built later in 2011.

Ss Johns’ Close is accessed by a driveway from Pollack Street between Ss Johns’ Church and Ss Johns’ Hall. The 5 Units are located behind the Hall ensuring a quiet private area well off the street for people aged over 55.

The Units have a practical floor plan comprising a kitchen with dishwasher, dining and living room with reverse cycle air conditioning, two bedrooms with built-in robes, a bathroom and laundry with internal access to the garage. A private low maintenance backyard allows the residents to exercise their green thumbs to their own liking. The well maintained gardens and lawns at the front of the Units are manicured by our off-site gardeners who love to have a chat with the residents as they work.

The Botanic Gardens, Colac Memorial Square and the town centre are a short walk away with numerous bakeries and restaurants to please any food lover.
