Safiur Mahdi, PhD

I completed my Ph.D. (October 07, 2020) from the DSP Lab at the University of Manitoba (UofM), Canada, under the supervision of Dr. Noman Mohammed. My research interest is Data Security and privacy. Previously, I completed my MSc (October 21, 2015) in Bioinformatics from UofM, under the supervision of Dr. Michael Domaratzki, and BSc degree in CSE (November 04, 2009) from Islamic University of Technology, Bangladesh. In my undergrad thesis, I also conducted research in Bioinformatics under Dr. Hawlader Abdullah Al-Mamun.

Previously, I worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Islamic University of Technology (IUT).
