Trips BUILt differently

1. Arrival Day: Plan to arrive one day before the tour starts. This allows time for rest, check-in, and a smooth beginning to your journey.

2. Departure Day: Schedule your departure late evening on the final tour day, overnight, or the next day. This gives you time to enjoy a relaxed conclusion to your trip.

• Flexible time for packing, relaxing , or last-minute shopping near your accommodation.

• Optional meal depending on departure time.

3. After check-out, guests with later flights are welcome to stay and relax at our home free of charge until it’s time to depart for the airport.

• Private transfer to Chisinau International Airport with assistance for check-out and luggage.

• Warm farewell – thank you for choosing to explore Moldova with us! 

• 1. All visits and activities per itinerary

  2. Personal guide / private assistance (English, optional Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian).

  3. Private transport in comfortable vehicle (except walking in Chisinau center).

  4. Entrance fees to museums, landmarks and natural sites.

  5. Professional guides at museums / cultural sites.

  6. Assistance with restaurant bookings, shopping, personal arrangements.

  7. Translation and local cultural interpretation.

  8. Local SIM card for easy contact (optional).

  9. Discreet emergency support, including assistance in arranging private medical services if needed (costs are the client’s responsibility).

  10. Additional agreed services 

1. Accommodation (hotel/apartment).

2. Daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

3. Selected by the Client tours with wine tastings or meals at the wineries.

4. Extra activities beyond the standard itinerary.

5. Medical and travel-related expenses including private healthcare or travel insurance.

Booking.

1.  All communication done through WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Messenger, Zoom, or Teams.

2. Personalized tour contract issued after confirmation, including itinerary, services, costs,

responsibilities, and dispute resolution. 

3. Booking is confirmed with a 25% prepayment made at least 7 days before the tour start date.

Payments.

1. Bank transfer or cash (EUR/MDL).

2. Required prepayment before arrival date - 25%

3. Remaining 75 % balance paid by the end of the Day 1 (bank/card transfer or cash).

Cancellation.

1. Full refund of the pre-payment if cancelled 7+ days before tour starts.

2. 75% pre-payment refund if cancelled less than 7 days before tour starts.

3. Exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure.
