About Founder- Dr. Chinta Adinarayana Sarma
Chinta Adinarayana Sarma., born on Shravana Pournami of Manmadhanama Samvacharam according to Telugu calendar i.e., 2nd August 1955 according to english calendar in Kuchipudi village, Krishna Dist., Andhra Pradesh, India. His parents are Sri Chinta Radhakrishnamurthy and Smt. Sitamahalakshmi. His father is one of the most revered Gurus from the traditional dance family 'Chinta' of Kuchipudi village.
Born in a family of eight children (two elder & two younger brothers and three elder sisters), he started learning dance from his father at the tender age of four. He later received training from eminent Guru Bharatakalaprapurna Sri Chinta Krishnamurthy (cousin brother of Sri. Chinta Radhakrishna Murthy) and from "Kulapati" Guru Sri. P. V. G. Krishna Sarma
During the same period, Guru Vedantam Parvateesam used to teach all the young dancers in the temple of Kuchipudi village. Sri Chinta Krishnamurthy seeing Chinta Adinarayana Sarma’s dance talent offered him to play the role of Prahalad in Bhaktha Prahalada Vijayam of Kuchipudi Yakshaganam. Soon after that Guru Sri. P. V. G. Krishna Sarma had a Yakshaganam with all the child artists of the village. Thus, he made his first female personification role as Chitralekha in Usha Parinayam.
