CASE -2 , A CASE OF DYSMENORRHOEA 

A girl of aged 20 years, has came to me with c/o pain abdomen during menstrual period.She used to take painkiller tablets(otc) but day by day her pain is increased.

I have done the case taking,that is as follows 

Girl is dark in complexion, fat,flabby.

Aversion to work  or any heavy exertion, desire for sweets,egg, fear of darkness, easily catches cold.

Family history - T2DM, Asthma, Piles.

I have started with Calc. 30 after a month switched to Calc 200 ;along with Mag phos 6x during her menstrual period.

Dysmenorrhoea is cured , there is mild pain during menstrual period which is tolerable and very normal.Also her tendency to catches cold was also gone.

Case -3, Fibroadenoma & DYSMENORRHOEA 

A girl of aged 26 years has came to me with c/o severe menstrual cramp in every month, pain is so intense that she should sit like a statue. Every motion hurts him .There is also mastalgia with sensation of heaviness.

The girl is mentally emotional, consolation agg., short tempered, suspiciousness

Sensitive to weather change, pt is chilly avoid mental exertion.

One Homoeopathic Physician prescribe her calc. 30,200,1M,10M. Only palliation takes place.

After few years the girl become fat and flabby.

Chilliness, profuse sweat, desire for meat , company (but selected one), fear of solitude, mentally very sensitive with suspiciousness . Constipation is there with bloating and indigestion.At every month during menstrual period the girl used to take analgesic. Firstly 1-2 analgesic in a month then it shifted into 2-3 analgesic per day...so almost 6-8 analgesic tablet in every month.

I have started with P.nut 30..

As per Homoeopathic relationship and HAHNEMANN'S Miasm theory I have prescribed her 

Thuja 0/1 ..after a month there is pain during menstrual cycle which is tolerable and absolutely physiological. She has told me that doctor it is so astonishing for me that I have not taken analgesic tablet this month.
