Turning AI ambition into accountable business outcomes, for boards, CXOs and the institutions that shape India's AI future.

Dr Srinivas Padmanabhuni is a Bengaluru-based AI strategist and AI assurance leader. He is Co-founder & CTO of testAIng.com / AiEnsured, an ISO/IEC 42001-certified company focused on independent AI testing and AI assurance for enterprise AI, including LLM, RAG and agentic AI systems. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Alberta, led research at Infosys Labs for 13 years, and served as President of ACM India (2014–2016).
AI assurance is the evidence that an AI system is accurate, robust, fair, secure and compliant before and after it goes live. Dr Padmanabhuni helps boards and CXOs turn that evidence into decisions: which AI bets to make, how to test LLMs and AI agents, and how to govern responsible AI in line with ISO/IEC 42001, India's DPDP Act and the EU AI Act.
Board-ready AI strategy grounded in value, risk and capability.
Governance, testing and assurance so AI is safe, fair, transparent and compliant.
From pilot to production for LLM and multi-agent systems.
Practical AI governance for boards and leadership teams: clear accountability, risk tiers for every AI system, policies that engineers can follow, and evidence that controls work. Aligned with ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act, India's AI Governance Guidelines and the DPDP Act. See AI governance advisory.

"AI governance is the system of decisions, roles, policies and evidence that lets an organisation know which AI it uses, what each system is allowed to do, who is accountable for it, and whether it is behaving as claimed." – Dr Srinivas Padmanabhuni
"An AI strategy is a choice of where AI will create measurable value for the business, what risks the organisation will accept to get it, and how that value and risk will be proven over time." – Dr Srinivas Padmanabhuni
"Responsible AI is AI that is fair, explainable, privacy-preserving, secure and accountable in practice, not only in policy. If you cannot test it, you cannot claim it." – Dr Srinivas Padmanabhuni
"AI assurance is the evidence layer of AI governance: the testing, monitoring and audit that show an AI system does what is claimed, and only that." – Dr Srinivas Padmanabhuni
