Job Responsibilities

1. To inspect and conduct tests on raw water treatment, 140TPH Manganese sand filtration, demineralization (DM) water, boiler water treatment, and recirculation cooling water unit.

2. Performs laboratory tests including pH, DO, conductivity, TDS, salinity, hardness, iron, chloride, density, specific gravity, and color.

3.  Tests raw materials, bulk intermediates, finished products and stability samples for specific quality attributes.

4.    Uses and maintains Gas chromatography (GC), spectrophotometer and other instruments.

5.    Follows documented procedures: SOPs, test methods, transfer protocols.

6. Prepares reports and reviews data.

7. Follows lab safety procedures.
