About Me

I am a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Ecology and Evolution at The University of Chicago. I am working with Stefano Allesina to understand the coexistence and stability of species-rich ecological communities. Prior to this, I did my Ph.D. in the Physics and Applied Mathematics Unit (PAMU) of Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata under the supervision of Dr. Dibakar Ghosh. My research interest broadly focuses to understand the species interaction in ecological networks utilizing mathematical and computational tools. I am also interested in studying the evolutionary dynamics of social dilemmas and emerging collective phenomena in complex dynamical systems. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Vidyasagar University, India and also Master's degree in Mathematics from NIT Durgapur, India.
