I'm Srikumar Warrier, Ph.D, currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras), Chennai, India. I obtained Ph.D from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (IISc Bangalore) in  the department of  Interdisciplinary Centre for Energy Research (ICER) in 2023. My area of interest is Fluid dynamics with emphasis on particle laden flows (suspensions). For my doctoral work, I studied the hydrodynamic stability of shear layer flows: jets in crossflow, particle laden planar and swirling jets.  In my current role of a postdoctoral researcher, under the mentorship of Prof.Anubhab Roy  at the department of Applied Mechanics and Biomedical Engineering (AMBE), I work on the collision dynamics of  aerosol particles with  relevance to cloud micro-physics.  You can find more details of my doctoral and postdoctoral work in the project page at the top-right corner of this page.
