Every role added a new skill to my journey
Completed a Ph.D. with a thesis titled Microstructural and Mechanical Characterization of 17-4 PH Stainless Steel Manufactured by Laser Powder Bed Fusion and its Applications in Lightweight Structural Designs under the supervision of Prof. Y Ravi Kumar at the National Institute of Technology, Warangal (NITW).
Performed process parameter optimization using Design of Experiments (DoE) methodology for laser-powder bed fusion and Material extrusion AM processes to enhance part quality and mechanical performance.
Investigated the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties, focusing on metal and polymer-based AM materials.
Explored weight-reduction applications using topology optimization and lattice structures, and validated the designs through simulation.
Developed field-driven, implicit 3D models, lattices, architected materials, and complex surface structures in nTop.
Edited STL files and prepared build setup files by defining optimal build orientation, support structures, and post-processing requirements to ensure high-quality additive manufacturing parts.
Hands-on experience in operating FDM, SLA and SLM 3D printing machines.
Understanding of material behavior in additive manufacturing and knowledge of standards and qualification procedures for AM parts.
Coordinated & participated in various workshops at NIT Warangal.
Trained, assisted, and collaborated with cross-functional team members in various product development and prototyping projects.
Developed and prepared detailed manuals, documentation, and reports to support internal processes and provide effective user training.
Developed augmented reality mobile applications focused on design, manufacturing, education, and business/marketing.
