Student Technology Support

1:1 Student Technology Assistance 

Students may see the 1:1 Technician in room 1404 (across from the Auditorium) for technical assistance. When sending a student to the 1:1 room, please make sure they are sent with a hall pass. 

Hours : Monday thru Friday 7AM - 2:30PM, closed daily from 12PM - 12:30PM

Retrieve Student Password 

Any time a student has forgotten their password, the may retrieve it from the ClassLink log in page. This will only be available if the recovery options have been set up.

1. Click "Help, I forgot my password"

2. Enter your username in the next page

3. Select your method of retrieval and follow the prompts

Student Password Overview 

Student Username : 

First Initial Last Initial Student ID Number 

Example : Jane Doe 0123456 Username : JD0123456

Password must :

Not contain your account name or parts of your full name that exceed two consecutive characters - Be at least six characters in length and contain characters from three of the following four categories:

• English uppercase characters (A through Z)

• English lowercase characters (a through z)

• Base 10 digits (0 through 9)

• Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

Passwords must be unique 5 times before reusing a password
