Biography

Dr. N. Sreenu is an associate professor in the Department of Management Studies at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, an Institution of National Importance located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. He is actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic leadership in the areas of financial management, fintech, green finance, sustainable finance, banking, ESG, and financial inclusion. At MANIT Bhopal, he contributes to postgraduate (MBA) teaching, doctoral supervision, and interdisciplinary research aligned with national and global sustainability priorities. Dr. Sreenu has served as Principal Investigator (PI) and Project Leader in sponsored research projects funded by national agencies such as ICSSR and has been involved in faculty development and capacity-building initiatives, including serving as Course Director for ICSSR-sponsored academic training programs. His research focuses on emerging themes such as 

Green finance and sustainable development
Fintech adoption and financial inclusion
Banking stability and risk management
ESG and corporate sustainability
Digital finance and economic resilience

Dr. Sreenu has published more than 50 papers extensively in reputed SCOPUS, SSCI, SCI, and ABDC-indexed journals, contributing to academic discourse on sustainable finance and financial innovation, particularly in the Indian and emerging economy context. He is also actively involved in research supervision, conference organization, academic training programs, and policy-relevant research projects.
