Organized Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs)

1. Two Week FDPs on Data Science and Big Data Analytics (DST Sponsored)
As Course Director, organized two Faculty Development Programmes on Data Science and Big Data Analytics from 20 July 2019 to 2 August 2019, funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, with a total grant of ₹9 lakh. The programmes focused on developing analytical competencies among faculty members and researchers in emerging areas such as big data, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.

2. Two-Week Capacity Building Programme (ICSSR Sponsored, 2018)
Served as Course Director for a Two-Week Capacity Building Programme held from 6 March 2018 to 19 March 2018, funded by ICSSR, New Delhi, with a grant of ₹9.4 lakh. The programme enhanced research skills of faculty members and scholars in quantitative methods, econometrics, and advanced statistical tools.

3. Two-Week Capacity Building Programme (ICSSR Sponsored, 2024 – January)
Acted as Course Director for a Two-Week Faculty Development Programme conducted from 5 January 2024 to 16 January 2024, funded by ICSSR, New Delhi, with a grant of ₹8 lakh. The programme focused on strengthening research design, academic writing, and the use of statistical software such as SPSS, Stata, EViews, and SmartPLS.

4. Two Two-Week Capacity Building Programmes (ICSSR Sponsored, 2024 – July)
Served as Course Director for two Two-Week Capacity Building Programmes organized from 19 July 2024 to 30 July 2024, funded by ICSSR, New Delhi, with a total grant of ₹8 lakh. These programmes provided advanced training in research methodology, econometric analysis, and interdisciplinary research approaches for faculty and doctoral scholars.
