My academic journey began with a B.Com, giving me a solid grasp of organizational structures. However, my fascination with how we communicate led me to a Master’s in English. This combination allowed me to see the world through two lenses: the structured efficiency of business and the nuanced, analytical world of language and narrative.

While I have found deep fulfillment in the ivory tower, I have realized that my true passion lies in the application of learning theory. I am choosing to step away from traditional academia because I want to build. I am ready to trade the long cycles of academic publishing for the agility of digital learning development. I want to take the "how" of cognitive science and use it to create high-impact, scalable solutions for the modern workforce.

I am currently bridging the gap between expert-level theory and professional practice. While I am seeking my first official role in the corporate ID space, I bring a veteran educator’s instinct sharpened by doctoral-level research.
AI-Augmented Designer: I don't just use technology; I leverage it. I am adept at using AI tools to streamline the development process—from rapid prototyping and storyboarding to generating smart assessments. I believe AI is the ultimate co-pilot in creating personalised, efficient learning at scale.
I am a "Learning Architect": Between my classroom experience and my PhD, I don't just "make slides"; I design cognitive pathways.
A Creative Edge: Outside of my research, I am a singer and I draw mandalas. These hobbies aren't just pastimes; they represent my ability to find harmony, rhythm, and meticulous detail; skills I bring directly into my instructional layouts and multimedia development.
Certified Precision: With my KPMG Instructional Design certification and hands-on work in Articulate Storyline, I am equipped with the technical tools to match my pedagogical expertise.
