- Sreema Enterprise, Inc publishes clear and fixed labor rates for computer repair services. We will charge the published labor rate - per below table - for each individual repair that is performed.
- A diagnosis is performed on all computers received to verify the problem and determine whether a part replacement is required. Diagnosis is FREE if you choose to complete the repair and labor cost is more than ₹ 650.00. If you choose not to complete the repair after a diagnosis, a diagnosis fee of ₹ 450.00 will be charged unless we are unable to fix your laptop. In such a case, the diagnosis fee will be waived.
- If more than one repair is performed on your computer (for example, your Hard Drive and DVD are both replaced), we will add the rates for each repair to obtain a total labor rate, plus the price for whatever replacement parts are required for the repair.
- Labor and replacement part pricing will be provided in a complete estimate that we will e-mail or SMS to you after the diagnosis and parts pricing have been completed.
- Flat rate pricing only applies to major computer brand names (for example, HP, Lenovo and Dell). For other brands, please email sreema_enterprise@yahoo.com for an estimate.
- All rates above cover In-Store services only. For At-Home or At-Business service rates, please contact our service department (91) 9433195949 or sreema_enterprise@yahoo.com Trip rates starts at ₹ 900.00
- Expedite diagnostic service available for ₹ 250.00. Bring in your laptop before noon Monday through Friday, and we will diagnose same day.
- Rates are subject to change at any time and with or without notice.
